My shopping therapy. This is not your typical Goodwill. You have to dig to find your treasures. Every trip is different, you never know if it’s going to be a score or not, but when it is a score, it is usually a big one!! I have found lots of new Abercrombie and Fitch for less than $1. I have found $200 mirrors and paid less than $20. It’s an upcycle paradise!	I feel prices should be explained more. I would have never paid $1.99 for a broken basket if I had known they were not in with a pay-by-the-pound. I would have considered them household goods and not furniture. We left with 3 grocery bags and 2 laundry baskets and it cost us almost $23.00. I feel you trick people by saying clothing is .99 cents a lb and household goods are .89 cents a lb.

Super clean and spacious in their brand new warehouse. I’ve been a bin shopper at the dig n save for years, and although the prices are higher on some items, you get better quality clothes here. Just peek at the resellers watching for new bins with their carts along the wall. Bonus that they have a shoe section! Very well organized. You’re sure to spend a good hour or 5 here.	Very clean, great items, cleaner than other places, friendly staff, respectful customers, and a clean bathroom. I had all three of my kids, who are 4, 4, and 11 months, and had no issues with the staff. Prices are very affordable as well. So happy the hour drive was worth it! Wish we could get one of these places closer to Wisconsin Dells.

I like this location a lot and have traveled to multiple of the outlet stores. The only complaint I have is the young dudes running around the store trying to get to the bins first and hanging out at the ends of the bins and not continuing to shop. Which causes a cluster eff in the middle of the store. It’s annoying and doesn’t allow any of the other shoppers to shop because they hover around you as you’re shopping. I get that it’s first-come come first-served serve but don’t allow running in the store. I’ve heard them be warned and continued on running after. I would have kicked them out.

Rows and rows of bins and bins of stuff!! I saw lots of people wearing gloves sifting through the items in the bins. They don’t come here unprepared! Pricing is by weight. Feels like a treasure hunt. They do NOT take donations at this location.

The staff is friendly. I see a lot of complaints about the young resellers, but I have always found them to be respectful and courteous to others. They are looking for specific items and leave plenty for the rest of us. It does get a little frantic when the bins roll out, especially since the one person per bin rule was lifted. My only complaint is the amount of merchandise they are currently filling the bins with. They are mounded so high that they are impossible to get through. It’s way too much, intimidating, and exhausting. Please reduce the amount of merchandise per cart. I typically spend at least $100 each trip, and only spent $20 this trip because I only made it through 4 or 5 bins in 2 hours!!! The rest of the bins, I just skimmed the tops. WAY TO FULL AND THE CLOTHES ARE TANGLED TOO!!!

Some of the resellers were nice, but 2 different guys had to be over 40 who pushed me aside when the new bins came out. The first guy shoulder-checked me and would move piles of clothes right where my hands were, making comments to other resellers saying “this is how it’s done” and “you have to be faster than that”. Another guy was getting a handful of bags and would snatch something if you were going in to reach. People treat the bins like hungry dogs, and it kinda just kills the experience for others. Employees were there to witness it, and yet I had one yell at me from across the store, telling me to get behind the yellow line ( I wasn’t even going to reach for anything, I was just walking by the other resellers that blocked the other side )
